Straight or Knot Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to the Straight or Knot team members. Your appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Please inquire with your stylist in regard to their cancellation policy.

Salon Rules
Please do not bring valuables with you; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please respect the right to an enjoyable atmosphere for all guests. We ask that you refrain from using profanity, use inside voices when on cell phones and wear headphones/earbuds when listening to music, gaming or watching private entertainment. Thank you.
Children
Unattended children will be given espresso and 6 free kittens! No, but seriously, we understand life happens. Which is why our children policy isn’t strictly “Do not bring them”, like some establishments, but due to safety restrictions, liabilities and limited space, we prefer that you acknowledge your circumstance. We cannot allow toddlers (or teens for that matter), to be a distraction for your stylist or other customers. If you must bring them, please prepare properly for their stay. Snacks, quiet toy, book, homework etc, iPad or phone (with accompanied headset to not disturb others). Although we wish for you a stress-free, moment of relaxation, we also understand emergencies. But, please respect the salon as a business environment. Thank you.
